GP Extended Access Service
We run pre-booked evenings and weekend appointments, where we provide GP's, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists and Physio's.
This service is an extension of routine appointments, of which we provide on behalf of the local GP surgeries within the Louth, Skegness, Mablethorpe and Boston areas. We are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commissioners) to deliver the Extended Access Service 365 days of the year.

Anticoagulation Service
LADMS proudly deliver a service providing regular monitoring for patients on Warfarin. We provide this service for patients within Skegness from a local clinic

Section 136
Section 136 is a service we operate contracted by LPFT (Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust).
This service is delivered by our Section 12 trained doctors, who work closely with LPFT, evenings and weekends, to support LFPT on providing a full 365 days service, to assess patients on their mental health.

Other Services
LADMS support other local practices by delivering and operating framework and services on behalf of their PCN. We currently deliver the enhanced health in care homes framework, as well as the occasional support in providing new patient health checks.
LADMS is always looking to explore and continue supporting the NHS, as well as PCN's/Practices/Hospitals with other frameworks and services where required.
